The Fusion Story

My Story
Cooking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My story began in the kitchen with my greatest mentor — my mother — where I learned that food is more than a meal. It is comfort, celebration, culture, and connection.Growing up surrounded by Hungarian, Belgian, and Israeli influences gave me a deep appreciation for bold flavours, refined dining, and the beauty of bringing different cultures together on one plate. From festive family feasts to comforting home-cooked dishes, those early experiences shaped the way I cook today. After starting work in a pizzeria at 14 and later training at Tadmor Culinary School in Herzliya, Israel, my passion grew into something bigger. What began as cooking for family and friends became Fusion — a private chef and catering experience built around flavour, creativity, and memorable moments.

Prices may change if the event details, guest numbers, menu, venue, travel, staffing, kosher supervision, or supply costs change.2. Guest numbers and menu confirmationFinal guest numbers, menu choices, dietary requirements, allergen information, and event timings must be confirmed no later than [insert timeframe, e.g. 10 days] before the event. If guest numbers increase, Fusion by Ariel will do its best to accommodate the change, but this may result in additional charges. If guest numbers decrease after the final confirmation deadline, the client may still be charged based on the final confirmed number, as ingredients, staffing, preparation time, and supplier commitments may already have been arranged.4. Kosher standardsFusion by Ariel provides kosher private chef and catering services according to the kosher standards agreed in writing before the booking. The client must clearly inform Fusion by Ariel before confirmation if the event requires any specific kosher standard, certification, hechsher, rabbinic supervision, Beth Din approval, mashgiach attendance, sealed packaging, separate meat/dairy/pareve service, or any other kashrut requirement.Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Fusion by Ariel does not represent that an event is under any particular rabbinic authority or formal kosher certification.Where a mashgiach, rabbinic supervision, venue approval, kitchen kashering, or special kosher certification is required, all related costs will be charged to the client unless specifically included in the quotation.Fusion by Ariel reserves the right to refuse to use any kitchen, equipment, utensils, ingredients, or serving items where the kosher status cannot be verified or where the agreed kosher standard may be compromised.5. Client kitchen and venue requirementsWhere services are provided in the client’s home or chosen venue, the client is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen, preparation areas, dining areas, and access routes are safe, clean, suitable, and available at the agreed times. The client must provide accurate information about the facilities available, including ovens, hobs, refrigeration, freezer space, sinks, work surfaces, electricity, gas, water, parking, lifts, access restrictions, and waste disposal.Where the kitchen or venue is not suitable, not ready, unsafe, inaccessible, or does not meet the agreed kosher requirements, Fusion by Ariel may need to adapt the menu, bring additional equipment, charge extra fees, delay service, or cancel the service.6. Shabbat, Yom Tov, and religious restrictionsWhere an event involves Shabbat, Yom Tov, fast days, or other religious restrictions, all requirements must be discussed and agreed in advance.Fusion by Ariel will not be responsible for carrying out any work that conflicts with the agreed religious requirements, applicable law, venue rules, or the chef’s own observance.Any special arrangements, including pre-cooking, reheating, timers, hot holding, delivery timings, or supervision, must be agreed in writing before the booking.7.
